- People are littering everywhere,they throw empty cans, plastic, and even cigarette filters. But they do not realize what will happen to their environment or their surroundings later on. As a result, empty cans will cause the land pollution and will ruin the crops that farmers will plant. this will also lead to shortage of food supply in the near future. Tourists dislike visiting the places where there is litter all over as it is ideal for mosquitoes to breed as there will be stagnant water.
- People do not dispose their garbage bags properly. Some dispose the garbage next to the dustbins which is exposed to the air and the things in the garbage bags may turn rotten.
- Spilling chemical fluids on land will contaminate the land. Spilling oil or gas fluids will corrupt the land. The oil will spread out through the ground causing trees to die. So the oil will contaminate the ground resulting in the land becoming infertile. Farmers spray insecticides to protect the plants but they also kill insects like earthworms which help to loosen the soil. Thus, the land is damaged.
